   I was a bid disappointing overall. The place seemed under staffed for the amount of customers. My wife and kids had pasta type dishes and the portions were generous. I had a burger and it was a bit sparse. My son said it looked up Ile a child's meal. Tasted good though. I don't think I will return.

   Maddie our server gave brilliant service. We came for an 80th birthday and we were a big table of 13 and had multiple allergies and dietary requirements. Appreciated her checking with the kitchen and making sure my brother's had what they needed. Gave enough touch point time without being overbearing or engaging too much and letting us have some time as a family but we felt very looked after. Thanks so much. We think she deserves a raise.

   Lily our server was absolutely amazing. We came in for the £1 main meal deal and she was really helpful with helping with this. She was brilliant and couldn't do more for us. Really enjoyable meal.

   Loved the vegan mac and cheese in this lovely, lively, casual restaurant with great decor and brilliant music. Very impressed with the 'invisible fries' option to donate to charity and the varied menu with vegan options. We had the best waitress ever - Melody - who was fast, friendly and super efficient. She really cared and made our evening perfect.

   We went there for work dinner with my team Service was pretty slow but they may have been understaffed. I ordered vegan carbonara it had no taste I had to put so much salt on it to make it taste better. It was pretty “sauceless”. My friend ordered non vegan pasta dishes and they had so much more on the plate I only got a small amount which I find weird. Didn’t fill me up. Starter vegan chicken wings were delicious but it’s from supermarket and it was a little cold inside when I ate it.. The dessert was delicious.

   Absolutely fantastic the food was great enjoyed every minute and polite helpful members of staff happy to help and Price's are pretty good as well - I came to Frankies and Benny's with a group of people as it was someone's birthday we all come on 26th August 2022

   Food was good, tight parking in the evenings. Most staff was good but one seem to be in rush. A bit dirty caps of sauces bottles, may be due to staff shortage. Lighting could be better.

   Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite an initial hiccup with our order, which was quickly corrected, food came out in excellent time. Tasty food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. An all round good experience.
