I had the legendary burger with sweet potato fries and it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely have it again. The service from Nicole was excellent, constantly topping up our refillable drinks. However the seats, table and menus were a bit grubby.

Donβt waste your time, We waited an hour for food assuming it was just taking a while as it was sort of busy which we understood, however the food we got served was a disgrace and put us off of eating the rest of the night. The whole chicken was definitely hours old; not fresh whatsoever. The cheesy garlic bread was also old, to the point it crumbled as we picked it up, with the cheese that had already melted and gone cold again, and the cheese that was in my burger was also stale. I spoke to customer services yet all they could offer was a gift voucher? safe to say i will not be returning.

Worst customer service I've received in years. Pre booked a table went inside waited 15 minutes for someone to approach us, then to be asked are you waiting, not sure what else we could have been doing, they then just walked off and left then 10 minutes later someone else came up to us checked who we were then said they need to find a table for us. At this point I wanted to leave the restaurant was only about 10 percent full. Another 5 minuits and they said sit there it was the table next to us couldn't believe it. The food is really overpriced for what it is, mains start at around 20 pounds. I had the half roast chicken it was extremely dry and had obviously been sitting around for hours before hand. I also chose mustard mash and beef gravy. The instant mash had a bit of mustard and herbs thrown in it again was extremely dry. The gravy had the consistency of water it was more a drink than a sauce. It was my daughter's birthday if it wasn't for that I would have refused to pay but I didn't want to upset our party. The music was too loud making it hard to talk also. Disabled access is limited as there is steps up to the bar area. You are honestly bettet off going to a supermarket cafe for simmer food at a quarter of the cost Will never go here again take my advice avoid it.

I actually laughed to myself about how bad the food and drink is. They should just stop serving and just let people hang out in the cool booths with the retro decor. Most items on the breakfast were either burnt (sausages, bacon), microwaved into oblivion (mushrooms), raw (tomato) or badly made (eggs and instant coffee). What the heck? Itβs not that hard is it? Why open a restaurant if you have no one who can cook even the most simple of things. The toast was spot on though and the staff member who served us was great.

Service was very very poor. Waiting time was too long to be patient. We ordered slow cooked ham pork and I think they cooked it real "slow". Almost spent 2+ hours for nothing. Not too crowded but the head staff ( I think ) mentioned the kitchen was busy. Food tasted good but the grease was "invisible" due to low lights. As other reviewers mentioned, cutleries didn't come with the plate, we had to ask for it and again wait for another 10mins. The person who took our order was friendly but I didn't expect we had to wait so long for just two dishes. I ordered a house salad with the ham but they ignored it anyway. Overall, a very poor experience. The ambiance was good. Giving two stars overall for the taste and cleanliness.

So son and I visited, quick lunch stop. I always think you know what your getting but this place gets worse every time. Wobbly table had to pack this out, no childβs pack for him. Then they bought over the Diet Pepsi, it was so watery I thought the post mix had gone, so complained, was told that they had changed the syrup ratio hence watery is acceptableβ¦joke of a place!

One of the worst experience we've had. Waited more than 20 mins for our drinks to arrive. The cocktails were fully of ice and hardly any juice or alcohol in them and when we complained to the waiter, she was very unhelpful and rude. Then the food arrived in another 20-25 mins and was horrible. The salad leaves were old, moist and rotting and the pasta with sauce had no sauce or dressing on top. It was just pasta in a soup of oil. At this point we had enough and asked the same rude waiter to call over the manager. Fortunately she was nice to talk to and apologized for all the mess that was going on and offered us to make another meal herself and a drink but we have had enough so we left and went to BurgerKing instead! Never recommending or going back to this place ever again. Giving 1 star because that's the lowest rating!

Terrible. Took ages for our drinks to come even though I'd only ordered a diet coke (I had ordered a pina colada but they couldn't do one). Me and my friend got the chicken quesadillas and even though the onions and peppers are supposed to be sautΓ©ed, they had clearly never seen the pan. The quesadillas were cold and the chicken had no flavour. Staff were lovely but unfortunately was a pretty rubbish meal.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately they messed up my order giving me a salmon taco instead of a chicken. Not a problem but someone with food allergy could get ill. I couldn't tell straight away because of the strong flavour sauces. The chips were cold . And overall didn't taste that great. I don't think I'll return any soon.

The vegan Chicken strips were fine but the coleslaw had gone off and had this nasty bitter taste to it. Brought it up with our server and after speaking to her manager she said that it was in date. Whether itβs in date is irrelevant if the food is stored incorrectly. I have food poisoning now and threw up at the location. Will avoid in the future for sure. Aside from this service was okay. P.s. the food was inaudible because of the smell of the gone off cabbage
