   Great experience whilst with my 2 year old. A lot of places won’t give out hot water because idiots don’t know how to deal with hot water. But they were able to help me out with my child’s formula. And the woman called Lily was so helpful bringing everything over whilst I was looking after my 2 year old son.

   This cafe stop is functional but never good. This time I asked for some extra hot water for my tea. A pretty normal request in most coffee shops. I was given this! As pictured. A tiny little pot this isn’t really any use for anything.

   Worst coffee I've ever had. Can't complain at the service but I ordered a Cortado. It arrived in the correct (small) cup, but the cup was barely 1/3 full. The coffee I did get was disgustingly bitter. I never have sugar in my coffee usually, I had to here and even then it was barely drinkable. Very poor! Won't be going back..

   Unfortunately this one star is mandatory! Disgraceful service, slow as in they’re not even on the same planet she had her back to me for a good 5 minutes and after asking politely to be served she got angry with me! Absolutely disgraceful. Girls need to be trained on customer service and how to approach customers. Tables not clean, staff not interested at all. Won’t be returning at all! Specifically now that I can get a much better service at harrods just underneath here!

   Best place to stop for a quick (indulgent) lunch at The Mall. Excellent food, delicious sweet treats, tea and coffees are sublime, and the service was speedy and excellent. Definitely recommend it!

   Here you can find a sitting place with plugs, a friendly waitress and quick service for coffee and sweet snack. As well as something stronger to drink if you wish. A good view to watch the Malls fountain from above. Great!
