   This was the first time we had breakfast here. The service was good, nothing special. The eggs Benedict were nice as was the fruit and pancakes. My husband had eggs and toast and a coffee and was extremely disappointed. The coffee cup was 3/4 full and just 1 piece of toast with 2 tiny eggs. Tasted nice but not value for money . £40+ spent for 3 of us on breakfast and the two boys were still hungry :-(

   Possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Myself and family came here for lunch Monday afternoon. It was dead quiet, yet after sitting for nearly 20 minutes the waitress came and took our order. We ordered from the set menu. The starter came first and was delicious. But after this we waited over an hour for our mains and they obviously forgot as the waitress came back over and asked if we'd had our starters yet?! We then received our mains which was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It was some watered down poor excuse for spaghetti with hardly any sauce and not much in the bowl (pic for reference). We then waited ages after and they came to us again to ask if we wanted dessert even though we'd pre ordered already ! Come on guys ! Overpriced with dreadful food and poor service. The bill came and I loathed paying nearly £70 for that awful food.

   A very busy place but the food is lovely and cooked fresh to order. Food was presented very well. We ask for a slight deviation from what was on the menu, which was agreed with no problem at all. Prices are at the level you would expect for this type of Italian restaurant and was happy to pay at that price. I would eat here again for sure.

   They were busy, and we didn't have to wait too long for food, but we did have a bit of a wait for dessert. Food was OK. We ordered off their lunch time menu. There were about 4 items off the menu. We noticed our meal looked completely different to those who had ordered off the normal menu

   Very poor experience. Send the prawns back as the sauce tasted like a tin of chopped tomatoes with no seasoning. Kids menu good portion but again no seasoning. Steak was over cooked and the mushroom sauce came in butter not cream? Overall very bland food. But the calamari was great. And the waitress and manager were lovely and did take items off our bill. Definitely would not return.

   Sirloin steak is awful and tasteless . So far the worst steak I had eaten in Bristol . The staff are friendly , however foods standard need to buck up!

   We’ve been in Carluccio’s yesterday to have lunch before going for some shopping and it has been amazing as always. Quite many choices of food (plenty of starters, you can have pasta, meat or fish as a main, amazing desserts) and really friendly staff. The food arrived quickly and everything was really nice. I also really enjoyed my amaretto sour and would definitely recommend the profiterole with sweet ricotta cheese to finish you meal :)
