Absolutely great to deal with, first time buying I was very weary because the items were cheap. But the items are excellent highly recommend, and I will certainly be a regular customer thanks
Was in this place yesterday and bought a large quantity of clothing at really good prices, unfortunately one of the items that was on a XXL hanger was actually a small and thought that I would return it today, I arrived at the unit and said to the female member of stall what had happened and she point to a notice that said No Returns or Exchanges, I did point out that the item was on the wrong size hanger to which she replied that's not my fault, I said it's not mine other only to be told to leave the premises and don't return.i said that her customer service manners needed to be looked at and once againd her answer is Don't Come back your barred. Would advise anyone who's thinking of using this unit to check the sizes are what said on the hanger or better still stay well clear off it.
Great place and friendly staff. I have been quite a few times. Bargain for their clothes and jackets. So sad they are closing.

Well worth a visit great value for money
Only recently visited even though I knew about the place for a while...anyway great staff made the journey from Edinburgh worth it and I got all I wanted and more ...awesome and highly recommend.
Brilliant variety of workwear and casual clothes for great prices. Wide range of sizes and colours. And helpful and friendly staff on hand if you need help with anything.
First time visiting this store, and it won't be my last. Couldn't believe the prices. Quality looked good too. Staff were lovely and took time to make you feel welcome and a valued customer. 5☆ for Your factory outlet.
