   Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. My girlfriend introduced me to grill guru and it’s honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had! The guru special burger is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life no exaggeration! Better than five guys! The loaded fries are unreal too and I called up once and asked to switch the sauce to garlic sauce and they did it. Good prices and honestly cannot recommend enough! Really don’t understand all these bad reviews

   Ordered 3 burgers 2 double 1 single, got 2 singles and one with no burger at all. Tried to call the business to explain could hear them laughing in the background. There are no words.

   After Grill guru disappeared for a while, I thought to give it a go again. Given all the negative recent reviews which I began reading after placing my order, me and my partner weren’t hopeful. The food actually arrived! it was decent, fresh and still warm. Couldn’t communicate with the restaurant at all, the numbers just ring out but I enjoyed what I had. We paid with cash, not sure if that made a difference to it arriving. The food wasn’t bad, but it isn’t how I remember grill guru from a few years ago.

   We have ordered from this place many times. And its average food normally, bless them. However today, we received some very interesting food. My mother went to get the food and saw the burnt buns and she was told dont worry "they are not burnt just toasted." Please see the pictures attached and make your own decision. Normally I would not leave a review and shame a business establishment however none of the numbers are working and no facility or option to get a refund. 40quid I spent I wouldnt of paid a penny for a burnt burger. Looks like one of them went sunbathing and forgot to apply lotion to one side. Looks like the sun only shone on the left side for a couple days. When your eating dinner at 6pm and hammering in nails at 7.

   Ordered two burgers and two drinks waited over two hours and nothing arrived and they call that “fast food takeaway” after looking at the reviews I wish I had avoided this place, The reviews clearly reflect the food Standard and doesn’t even look like it’s worth one star. good place to avoid not just my opinion the opinion of many others.

   Paid like £15 for a large halloumi fries and a burrito. Food took almost 2 hours to come and arrived cold, but hey, I’ll wait for good food! Instead, I’ve been let down. If the takeaway sees this review, you know yourself this can’t be considered a large or “premium” side of halloumi fries worth £6 alone. You’ve given me a good laugh, but that’s not what I pay for haha. I can’t say I’ll ever go back, burrito was decent but most unfortunately not worth the effort.

   I just love that place and food there if you are on diet then thats a good place for you. Rise box with chicken and sweet fries. Really good prices too.
