   Ordered a big order on Friday Xmas eve for my staff through justeat. Got a message saying the food would be delivered around 1hr later which was fine. After 1.5 hrs I called the number to tell them to cancel and no one answered. My staff had to leave and the food never arrived until nearly 2hrs later. Told the guy to take it back as everyone had gone!! Absolute joke. Currently speaking to justeat to try get my money back as the restaurant seem totally uninterested as they’ve been paid. Would advise anyone to stay back from this place!!!

   Had the misfortune to visit belly bites bellshill , woman serving seemed Scunnered and not interested, Food was average, What put me off the place was a guy wandering about being the counter He was scruffy, shirt hanging out Old clothes on, worst thing was he had only one tooth in his mouth..totally put me off coming back .. the PO we need

   Worst coffee I ever had. I asked for a latte and got an americano with milk. I wouldn't mind, I'm not a big coffee drinker anyway, but this was awfully weak and bitter at the same time. The milk tasted unfresh, to say the least, making the beverage undrinkable, and to make things worse, I got a blueberry muffin which turned out to have mouldy spots all over. Needless to say, a complete waste of money. I won't be coming back any time soon.

   After waiting hours on the food getting delivered it came cold , when phoned apparently it was hot when left the shop, when I said about soup and hot chocolate being in cups that hold heat she agreed but disagreed on it being cold , no offer on refund or coming to get food her attitude was stinking! Twice I have ordered from here and hand problems never again !

   Horrific service out of 7 items order only 2 were right, asked for a refund got told to talk to just eat. As I was talking to just eat the delivery driver turned up demanding all of the food back even though just eat was still talking to the restaurant not even agreed what the refund would be for (ended up being for the wrong items fair engough) but the driver got aggressive because I wouldn’t give him the stuff until I knew what I would be getting refunded..... simple customer service on first contact could have changed the whole outcome
