   Good if you eat in, don’t get a takeaway. We’ve eaten in twice since rebranding, the food, service and quality have been great. We’ve have two takeaway meals also… both a total let down! The last one; consisted of two mains, a rice, a naan and a bhaji starter. For £40, I would want more… both curries were from the same sauce, my Dansak was the same as the Murgh. Same colour, spice and fragrance…. Neither impressive. Our previous takeaway curry forgot the rice…. It’s a shame, but clear why this place keeps changing hand! Sort it out!!!

   The Indian food here is seriously delicious—packed with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned dishes. Everything tasted authentic and comforting, from the starters to the mains. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving really good Indian food!

   We use the grand sultan regularly and usually is very good but tonight it was late and the chicken you could hardly cut with a knife let alone chew also I ordered garlic naan and we had looked like turmeric brushed on top. Very disappointed couldn’t eat our meal

   I've been eating from this restaurant on and off for many years, mainly takeaways. I've seen all the new ownership and name changes etc, but was very disappointed with the takeaway I recently ordered. I gave this restaurant another chance as previously had disappointment with their food. However like I said, I was disappointed with this last takeaway. I ordered chicken Madras, the chicken was tasteless and had the texture of marshmallow, the sauce was just a bright red liquid that was just basically a chilli powder mixture, none of that aromatic flavours you expect from a restaurant. The Bombay potatoes were undercooked and were no signs of garnish, ie, coriander or tomato, just a boring sauce with firm potatoes! It seems there's not much attention to detail here, nothing much has changed since my last visit. Such a shame.

   Three of us had an excellent meal here. The food was really tasty and the service was very friendly and efficient. The decor is a bit old fashioned and there weren’t very many people in despite it being a Saturday night which is a pity as it was good value for money.

   Friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy facilities and a good menu. Food was lovely but Lamb was a little bit too chewy. If it wasn't for that I would have given the food 5 out of 5.

   Take away arrived cold and late, paid expensive price and looked cheap. Chicken strips in the mains with sauce definitely out of a frozen bag sadly not returning.
