The restaurant is located at a wonderful location and the food is wonderful. The food is similar to what I tried in Asia. If you're interested to try some Thai food, try to dine in (but not take away) and you will love it.
I have been ordering and eating to this restaurant since 2010! But today will be my last. The quality of food has gone down. I rang the restaurant today after receiving the orders and noticed that the pla lad prig (fish) was totally different from the usual (this is my fave so I know when its not the same) and the spring rolls were so sloppy and oily as seen on photo.I was polite throughout but the man who answered the phone was rude, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! i asked did i get the right order or is chef on holiday? Or new chef around? Just tryina make sense of the situation, and he rudely said OH YEA YEA CHEF ON HOLIDAY, he will be back soon, thanks bye. Not even wanting to hear what I have to say and hang up on me! Anyways, I did ring back and I said how rude he was and how I will never order again from them because of this treatment. His manners did it for me. Shame! I am and now a WAS a loyal customer, the previous lady who serves and deals with orders was polite and always happy to deal with queries. I am not a difficult customer at all, I would totally understand if staff are on holiday, they deserve a break too. Its a shame that I have to leave this review. But rudeness and low customer service must be known.
This is from a Just Eat order. We ordered two noodles- one was ok, the other was inedible and dripping in oil. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered beef rendang, same problem- Tasted of cheap nasty oil, not much beef and inedible. Tom kha had little chicken and hardly any flavour, basically inedible too. This has been our worst takeaway experience in a very very long time. How can a restaurant send out food like this? It's upsetting to receive something this horrible and it wasn't cheap. Total waste of money, all 3 dishes went in the bin. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat it and I'm glad we didn't considering how we felt after just eating one of the dishes and trying the rest. Appalling experience. We would like a refund.
One of the nicest experiences I've had in a restaurant. Very friendly staff, great vibes and amazing food. Highly recommend trying the Thai tea, which is off the menu item!
