   I wish to express my disappointment regarding the staff's demeanor this morning at your cafe. I have been a regular customer of your cafe. However, on the last two occasions, the wait time for food was 30 minutes early this week, and today it extended to 45 minutes. This unfortunately resulted in me not placing a food order twice. I was understanding that you were busy and clearly lack staffing to produce food on time. I typically purchase 2 or 3 baps and drinks, which can amount to up to £30 or more, so it is not an inexpensive purchase. Today, the gentleman working in the kitchen, who appeared to be quite frustrated, was rather impolite when asked by the till staff about the wait time. Neither the cashier nor I deserved such an attitude.

   This is my go-to Monday "treat lunch" to start the week on a positive note. The food is always excellent and I love the variety of the salads they have. My workplace sometimes uses them to cater for meetings and the food always goes down well. Best place for breakfast/lunch in Portishead!

   We popped in for breakfast as a treat before we went shopping . Absolutely lovely breakfast. Freshly cooked not reheated in a microwave like Wetherspoon's. Bacon, tasty herb sausage, fried egg, chestnut mushrooms, baked beans, 2 hash browns, two pieces of buttered toast. Enjoyed every mouthful. Will certainly be back to treat ourselves again. Thank you.

   Probably the best breakfast I’ve had in a long while. Good quality, nicely cooked, well presented. Huge portion served in a large plate so it looked good and was presented nicely . Good friendly service. Environment is a bit industrial, with no frills but I think it’s all the better for that . Took a bit of finding as it’s tucked away at the entrance to an industrial estate. This is somewhere I will revisit and I would highly recommend this venue.

   Gone down hill, fried potatoes which were just new potatoes chopped in half, tomatoes were cherry as you would have on a salad, very greasy mushrooms, not a marina breakfast to me. Seems very lazy, felt like I paid a lot for what I got

   This is the first time eating here, staff very accommodating, my husband had the marina breakfast which came with 2 slices of granary toast. As I had not long had bariatric surgery and am unable to eat much, the staff provided me with marmalade and a plate, so I had the toast. Every aspect of my husbands breakfast was cooked to perfection, will be back!

   Motorway stop off after a 5 30am start. Great food and service, but not quite the 'Marina" view, I was kinda hoping for! More like a view of an industrial estate car park... but decent nonetheless...

   Leaving 5 stars to avoid hitting your stats. Feedback (from 12/11 brunch): your “tex mex hash” was very disappointing, very low flavour and no fried potato, more like a stew/soup than a hash. Do better! Good vibes though.

   Best breakfast in Portishead, staff are great and helpful and the chef is brilliant and can make any changes for fussy children (like ours!) or dietary requirements. Lovely food and lunch is great too. Can’t recommend enough.
