   Gone downhill! Been going here years for breakfast with the family but the food is now so bad we had to ask for a refund on all items without taking a bite! Just horrific, bread not toasted, fried eggs like bullets, bacon barely cooked, hash browns soggy, just terrible. I get now and again if its busy kitchens struggle but it was fairly quiet. This has happened in the past where we have had to send one or two dishes back but it was generally pretty good for the price, but lately it's just nosedived to where food is inedible and always cold! Also the place is filthy! It is a weatherspoons ........ but it used to be nice, now everything is sticky, grimey. Only saving grace is the staff are friendly but all really young and the lack of care in food and cleaning shows. I could live with the decline in facilities if not for the dismal performance from the kitchen. Never to return I'm afraid.

   Lovely weather spoons on a Friday night. Food was great and delivered fast and hot by friendly waiting staff. A great atmosphere in the place with a flickering fire place making the night out feel homely and safe. Inexpensive fayre cooked to a high quality and eaten quickly and a relaxing game of cards. All while we wait for the car to charge up in car park close by so we can continue our journey to the coast. A very welcome break! Will do this again next time! Thank you weather spoons. X

   Popular Weatherspoons pub, usual choice of food, pretty efficient and friendly. Tables can be full of plates and glasses but they are usually cleared without asking , I go weekly it’s fine and does what it says on the tin without drama . Waitrose and Lidl close.

   We popped in on a Friday lunchtime and it was packed but we still got a nice table. Fantastic boozer typical spoons very competitive prices and a really nice menu personally I love the curry’s. The variety of beers is outstanding. Lovely clean table and very friendly staff oh and how reasonable is the food overall I love it. My only negative is spoons stopped serving Fosters. Keep up the good work.

   Excellent staff. Good atmosphere BUT the fire has been broken for 6 months and that really is the focal point of the venue, without it its just not the same. Otherwise would have been 5 but this needs fixing!!!

   Decent quality and quantity of the dishes I have tried. Exceptionally good value for money, particularly weekday offers after 2pm - prices of meals include a drink (soft or alcohol types). Very much an open space type building, plenty of tables and seating. Ideally situated for free car parking (note 2 hour limit, unless you ask at the bar). Toilets are upstairs, however, there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor. Good service, and fast if it's not too busy. I recommend this Wetherspoons pub as a place to eat.

   Had two lovely meals & drinks over the Easter weekend,staff friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere here I hope the gentleman who lost his glasses at table 77 goes back in as we found them under the table to which they are now at the bar's lost property box.
