   Went into the Livingston branch and was served by a young man called Ethan. We were in to get school shoes so got her measured. My daughter instantly fell in love with some shoes that were unavailable in her size in the shop so Ethan recommended trying the online store ( I didn’t know it existed!). He helped me whilst I was in the shop to order online and they will arrive well before school starts. Thanks Ethan, helped tick another job off the list - stress free :)

   I do like Clarks, due to having swollen legs/ ankles not every shoe I like fits. I found a lovely pair of ankle boots in their old branch in Glasgow which lasted me for a number of years. I was delighted to see a branch at Retail park, and the selection of shoes were perfect. Pay Extra but at least you know they will be durable.
