   Like a crèche, kids running wild all the time. Genuinely can’t believe they describe this at a premium gym it’s the complete opposite but they charge a premium price of course. Half of the stuff in there is broke, out of order etc the management are absolutely clueless place has went to the dogs, overcrowded constantly and they haven’t the facilities to accommodate the capacity of people. 2 month renovation of the pool sauna and steam with no compensation considering that’s a key factor in why people use this gym. JOIN AT YOUR OWN PERIL

   Had my first PT with Steff and all I can say is WOW!! She is an absolute machine and pushes you to your limits. Would definitely recommend Steff to anyone who fancies being put through their paces, i’m already looking forward to my next one.

   Really poor gym. I paid for a 2 week membership where you need an induction, no one called to confirm it so I called to see when I could book one. The receptionist told "sales are busy, I'll have someone call you back" No one has called me back in two days and whenever I call to book it, the phone rings out. Thankfully, I only wasted £35 on this. It was a useful trial. I could have wasted hundreds. Shame the £35 is not refundable. I am now 3 days into a trial that I am unable to use since I can't have an induction.

   All the usual DL amenities, some of the furniture in the club house could do with a tidy-up. Staff very friendly and helpful, helped me with issues regarding their App/Membership Card & my Google Wallet Gym area has plenty of equipment, so no standing around waiting. Indoor courts clean and tidy. Sauna does get busy. Pool is good and a safety guard always in the pool area. I've been used to local council sport centre so cost for DL membership is significantly higher, but, you get what you pay for.

   I have attended this gym frequently and each time I find it has more problems. The hygiene levels are poor, on two separate visits now I have had the privilege of seeing one domestic staff and one children's activity staff use the restrooms and not wash their hands. I have been in the gym when not once but twice there have been no blue roll or disinfectant to wipe down equipment. Shower heads are faulty. There are holes in the sealing were water has leaked through. Seals around windows are mouldy, equipment has build up of dirt to the point you can scrap it off. Fabric on some equipment has peaked off. I have witnessed staff cleaning the pool area floor, pushing the dirty water into the swimming pool. Surely this is not sanitary. On a lighter note the staff are always pleasant, happy to help and the food service staff especially even when they are run of their feet have a pleasant can do attitude. Overall just needs a little TLC

   Terrible service. Trouble with being cut off mid phone conversation speakingto jasmine,seemingly on purpose, four attempts calling to amend my new membership start date. I had to attend in person, never got apology from anyone. Very poor customer service. Needs a shake up in how to communicate with customers and resolve issues rather than cut them off and block them.

   Great place, great facilities and nice and clean. However, 2/5 stars. Because in the gym there needs to be more moderation in the free weights area. every time I go, there are dumbbells scattered all over the floor and not organised in the holder ffs. And there aren't enough - they need another rack of dumbbells. I'm always stood around waiting. Please put some signs up asking people to put their dumbbells back after use, and please have someone checking this - it's really frustrating, not to mention a trip hazard. And order more dumbbells pls, then I'd happily rate this place 5 stars..1!
