Ann Marie in the shop was just fantastic. It was like my mum had her own fashion advisor. Thanks so much for all your help on both times we visited the shop.
So this shop my gran was a very well known customer and spent an absolute fortune in it so today we decided to go in and mum was going to buy a top. As some may know I can't wear a mask just now due to having dental surgery and face is all swollen which is so obvious. So we went into the shop and the two woman " shop keepers "started to follow me and made it loud and clear they were talking about me. My mum said let's leave as mum was getting very embarrassed. While I turned my back to look at a top my mum said to the woman in front of everyone, " why are yous staring and blatantly speaking about my daughter, she says she wasn't but it was obvious they followed me around the shop. Absolutely mortified and embarrassed to say the least. Discrimination at its best and other customers whistnessed it also.

I went in to the Coatbridge shop got a dress 90 pound took it home and my friend had very very similar i paid the cash for it i have been really really let down was not told when i got it i would get gift receipt i have been in the shop every 2 days looking and seen nothing and my son gets married on the 12 may and i only have a 90 credit not disappointed is a understamant u don't get cash bk exp when my wedding in two weeks x Simone Richardson
