    I purchased a dress and collected it yesterday, due to the COVID situation I was not allowed to try it on. Took it home and it was far too big, its states that it is one size, it was nothing like the photograph where a slim girl was wearing it, I suspect it has been altered somehow for the picture. I returned the dress next day to be told that it was exchange or credit note only. It was claimed that this was explained to me at time of purchase, at no point during purchase was it stated that no refunds would be issued. I wouldn't have taken it. This wasn't made clear. You can purchase something but you can't try it on and if it doesn't fit, they won't give you your money back.

    Happy to take my money but not happy to take back FAULTY goods. This is the second time I have bought an item from your store that has been substandard and I won’t be back to make the same mistake again. Your refund policy is in the stone ages and I’ll be taking this matter further. AVOID unless you have money to waste on poor quality items!
