   Lorna And the Team Were a absolutely fabulous experience when I visited the store in Milngavie , there product knowledge and customer service is second to none and cannot thank them enough for the personal welcome and service that is so far and few between to experience now a days and I cannot help but say thank you for everything you ladies done on my visit to make it pleasurable and a very smooth transaction with simple ease and understanding of my specific requirements that day , I will be back to visit the store again soon , until then keep up the great work and many thanks again for your 5* service.

   Worst experience I've ever had with a shop - I left expensive material to be made into curtains and got back a terrible product; join was incredibly untidy, huge seem at the bottom and wrinkles. Manager was epitome of the worst service imaginable avoiding responsibility and talking rubbish, didn't have a clue (a lot less than my basic knowledge) about curtains and even said something about they don't have big tables to work curtains etc. They attempted to redo one of the curtains (against my direct insructions) by 'pressing' out the wrinkles which gave the fabric a sheen. Owner didn't help. So the shop got £100 from me for giving me such grief and I now have a useless pair of curtains not worth throwing any more money at. Going to contact Trading Standards to see if I can recoup my losses. This is the equivalent of a woman being given the run around by a disreputable tradesman.. AVOID.
