Came in tonight with my daughter. We were looking for accessories for my brothers wedding. The staff went above and beyond and were so lovely! They helped me match the accessories and were overall so lovely! There was a blonde girl and dark headed girl and both couldn't have done more!! They were fantastic! Thank you!!
Some nice clothes, staff really nice friendly & helpful but clearly rushed off there feet. Wait at the till was probably 10 mins. I really felt for the girls working there. The changing rooms were very Dusty with hair and and someone's eyelashes on the floor. The girls were trying there best x
Very poor service. I came today at 6:30 pm, shop works untill 7pm and wanted to try a dress at 6:45, but staff told I can't try it as from 6:30 they prepare shop to close. I tried to explain that I'll do quick, I had baby with me and special asked my husband to come to keep baby untill I'll try it. Staff told I can return it if not suit me. I ask to speak with the manager, but girl on the till told me she is the manager, her name is Emma. I had same issue a year ago, exactly same time they say you cant use fitting room, after came manager and staff said I didn't understand them,they didn't say that .Unbelievable, so change working hours or staff as they don't care about they customers!!! Other shops let you use fitting rooms until they close. Very dissapointed!!!
I was in a a couple weeks ago with my sister, she was looking for an outfit for a wedding and a christening. The service at the fitting room was incredible she was the loveliest girl, I can’t remember this little girls name but she had blonde hair and was quite young. She helped my sister find two full outfits. She was delighted. We will definitely be shopping in here again.
Horrible experience at the store will never be back!! Bought a dress for a party, had it on and noticed the seam on the shoulder had all came away. So I still had the receipt etc I took it back to the Motherwell store first of all to be told that’s fine we will refund you then I was advised the card machine for the shop was down so they couldn’t refund back to my card. I drove to the Glasgow fort store to be told I needed the tag for the dress even though I could show my receipt and proof of purchase. The lady Lainey said she would be back in a minute and left me standing for what felt like a lifetime with a young child. She then came back and said she didn’t have the dress so she couldn’t return and I would Need to contact customer services. I advised the person next to me just bought the exact same dress! She then said the real reason I can’t refund this is I can smell soap powder. I advised worn or not, washed or not the dress is still faulty the seam on the shoulder has totally came away. She just kept staring at me not giving me a valid reason I don’t think she could quite understand the problem. She totally refused to refund a faulty item. I have now contacted customer services about this process and also the girls attitude it was actually disgusting. Never would shop here again, no other high street store would ever treat their customers like that, no wonder people don’t shop in quiz cheap customer service like the clothes they sell!

I was in Quiz Glasgow Fort today with my son and i was looking for a dress for a party coming up at the end of the month, i picked up a dress i really liked and was about to go buy it. Until my son said he had to use the toilet. My son is 3 years old and is currently getting toilet trained. Now when a 3 year old says he has to pee, you have about 3mins to find a toilet or its going to be a mess. I waited patiently as the lady was with another customer to ask if my son could possibly use the toilet as hes being toilet trained and wont be able to hold it. The customer service assistant says let me go ask. Then came back and says NO, you will need to go somewhere else, or go to boots im sure they have a toilet. So i put that dress down and walked out with my son dancing saying he really has to go. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING IN QUIZ AGAIN. Poor service turning a 3 year old boy away. Shocking! If i could give less that 1 star i would.
Tried to return a faulty top, top had started threading when we only bought it yesterday. Woman manager was not fit to deal with the public raising her voice saying the tags off and it’s been used so wouldn’t swap. Tried to explain to her this is the way it was bought and we didn’t know until my girlfriend had took it home and tried it on, clearly the top shouldn’t have been sold the way it was. Won’t be back due to this manager
it's good for all ages and great when there's a sale on. getting into changing rooms can be chaotic especially during their big sales.
Sunday before xmas, one member of staff on till others sorting sale items que at till ten deep, one young girl doing returns and sales. Surely to god the customers in the shop wth items to pay for, come first Very poor service the young girl stressed out her pants looking at que getting longer and longer The worse thing obout xmas shopping is the ques Sort it quiz this was out of order
