    Absolutely unacceptable. I went to OMG yesterday during posted opening hours — the store was closed, with no sign, no “back in 5” note, nothing at all. The phone number provided? No one picked up, despite me calling FIVE times. Running a store is not a hobby — people travel long distances to shop here. I wasn’t the only one left standing outside; there were at least six other customers, all saying the same thing: someone seriously dropped the ball. This is a disgrace.

    Shambles, unprofessional. Have not received any items from 3 weeks ago. Been repeating myself over and over again to someone on Tik Tok messages. Getting absolutely nowhere. Today Ive gave up just told them to keep my money as they are refusing to even try to understand what am telling them. They have accused me of threats and abuse when all I want is the items I have paid for like any other customer.
