   Bought my wife a gift voucher at Christmas….she used half of it in January and was given a credit note for the balance, what wasn’t pointed out was it had a three month expiry written on it that she didn’t notice, where as the gift voucher doesn’t have an expiry at all.she went to use it on Sunday and told they won’t accept it….a bit ironic when you check Facebook page and they are complaining about theft from Bellshill branch yet not honouring remaining £36 feels very similar to me….my issue is I bought a voucher with no expiry date and ended up with a credit note valid for 3 months for balance, different from what I purchased. A pity as my wife has had some decent things from here but afraid she won’t be back.

   Hello review was meant to have been left under my name not my daughters but the order number was 50610 happy to send screen shots of emails sent off the email address taken from your official website? Again emails sent to email advised ….. quick email reply few days ago in a snotty manner details supplied as requested and no response or acknowledgment to state you have received this email and are investigating…I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this is the worst customer service and lack of communication I have ever experienced! 2 months on nearly and no refund…. Update has now been 2 weeks no reply or response and again no refund! Absolutely disgusting company advise against buying from this company unless you don’t send returns/ clothes back as you won’t get your money back. Dress didn’t look anything like image on website when received either £40 for some awful thin polyester type material too!!!

   One star is too much for this shop. Delivery should have been Wednesday and said a card was put through the door at 13.15. No card so checked my camera nobody at my door then. Contacted the shop said it was nothing to do with them contact delivery. Had to drive 10 miles to pick up. Spoke to delivery company told I have to complain via shop. At work I went to put my seatbelt on and caught my finger on something jaggy a bit of metal at the zip. Took gillet into shop never asked for proof of purchase said Amanda wouldn’t replace or refund she will send it away to be repaired as it can be repaired with a pair of pliers. Blocked me of messenger and deleted my post. I will be contacting trading standards in the morning. Will never shop here again.

   Absolutely love this boutique. The staff are always so happy & down to Earth. It is the only place I can go shopping that I enjoy due to the beautiful clothing, banter & honest opinions. Only ordered online twice but both times buys have been wrapped in tissue & arrived quickly. I will definitely be back!

   Being a size 16 I had almost given up shopping in boutiques due to them never having anything in my size. I’ve been shopping in La Grande Boutique for around 9 months now and I’ve never been disappointed. Every time I visit the staff are welcoming, down to earth, friendly and helpful. They always have something new and the quality is amazing. I changed my mind over a top I bought which they exchanged for me with no questions asked.

   Absolutely love this shop. Have been shopping here for over 3 years and it’s been amazing to watch this business grow. The staff are amazing and the stock stunning. Amazing quality. I have recently moved to Leeds so now using the online service and it’s fab (dangerous for my purse) Items have arrived quickly, beautifully presented and I even got FREE chocolate. Well done girls, keep up the good work.
