All of the staff were very lovely and helped to make the experience a good one! Bought a prom dress from here and it is absolutely gorgeous. Huge rage of styles and colours, and for a good price. Would recommend!

Staff need a lesson in not only customer service but in manners! My three bridesmaids and I were spoke to like something you'd trod on. We were nothing but polite. The particular woman who served us...you could see her thinking about more excuses as to why we shouldn't shop there. Disgraceful. Pity they lost the custom as the dresses were lovely. Unfortunately the staff were far from it!!
