Glad to see the shop back open, looking fantastic and the assistants are still as kind and welcoming as ever. Only shop in Glasgow that I can rely on to actually say hello when I come in. Customer service is rarely offered these days but the girls in your Glasgow shop are keeping it alive!

I visited this store quite frequently when I lived in the UK until one day I went to the store with a gym bag...the lead sales girl gave me a weird look, and instructed another sales girl to walk away, not approach me to see if I wanted to try on .. imagine I made a couple of purchases at this store before! The level of judgement was shocking and I never bought anything from them again. They also never replied to my online complaint.
Back for a visit from Canada- spoke with the same lady from two years ago--great staff and customer professionalism no one pushing you to buy. The young lady who my wife dealt with was first class, contiues success in finalizing your Career.
5 Stars – Wonderful Experience at HOBBS Glasgow I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at HOBBS in Glasgow for making our shopping trip so special. My mum and I popped in hoping to find a dress, and we left not only with the perfect one, but also with the loveliest memories of our visit. Alison, along with another lovely team member with curly hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name!), were both absolutely fantastic. They were so patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic – giving us loads of brilliant options and styling combinations, and really going above and beyond to make sure we had a fun and relaxed experience. It honestly felt like we were being looked after by friends who just happened to have amazing fashion sense! Thanks so much for making our day – we left smiling from ear to ear.
Lovely helpful staff at Hobbs Glasgow store. Bent over backwards to help get me a dress without being over pushy. Very rare in this day and age.

Amazing experience, I came in with my mum to have a look for seasonal outfits. The stylist Ryan could have not been more helpful. Was very patient with us both as we didnt have any idea what we were looking for. He made us feel really comfortable & made the experience feel personal. A credit to the company.
