I was served yesterday by an assistant called Nic who couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Through careful questioning, she accurately assessed what I was looking for and collected a wide range of products to fulfil my requirements. She came to the fitting room regularly to check on fit, style and suitability - and quickly produced alternatives when something didn’t quite work out. Nothing was too much trouble! Nic’s familiarity with the products is exemplary and she relates really well with customers. My experience was highly positive and I came away feeling very happy with my purchases.
