   I ordered online a pair of earrings from Quiz clothing and was very disappointed when the product delivered by Evri and damaged. The earrings should be in a padded envelope or in a box. It was cheaply packaged in a plastic bag. This wasted my time because I have to order another pair and return the damaged pair for refund. I hope the send pair will be packaged properly.

   Appalling Customer service, ordered goods didn't receive items on first dates given, then given a second delivery date and still nothing, had to call carrier and quiz head office to get correspondence both times told item was posted through letterbox. Yet someone was in the property and also the items i ordered were a pair of ankle boots and a jumper for my partner to which clearly wouldn't fit through a standard letter box. Yet it has still taken over 20 emails and still awaiting goods or refund. Would not recommend. Unreliable.
