First purchase from this lovely shop and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I spotted a jacket in their sale online and emailed to enquire about sizing, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I received an immediate response and ordered. The jacket arrived with a cheery note and a lovely comment on the address label which entertained the postman. It fits perfectly!

What a great selection of fashion pieces and nice choice of brands in the heart of West End in Glasgow. I was only passing through Glasgow so did not have time to try things on. But ended up ordering a pair of elegant and fashionable white trainers by Italian brand D.A.T.E and absolutely love them. Customer service was above and beyond as the first pair size did not fit and Vanessa did such a great job keeping in touch via email and helping to arrange the right size to be delivered. I am super happy and pleased with my purchase as well as customer service. I’ll definitely order or visit this lovely boutique again and recommend to everyone else.
