   If I can write zero stars I would have. The lady behind the counter has zero customer service. Very rude and unwelcoming, I will never go to this shop anymore. She had hijab on with full face makeup and looks down on people even though I spend so much money in her shop. When I for Home and realided one if the abayas I bought is small for me, tried phoning to see when the shop closes so aI can return, the lady hanged up on me. Trtied twice same thing. However the shop helper is very nice and helpful.

   Failed to communicate truthfully. Travelled all the way from Edinburgh to get Eid dresses. Kids picked these dresses because they were told they're 50% OFF and all one-size, which sounded good, so we bought them. However, once we were home we realised the truth. What the shop keeper FAILED to tell us, was: A) The undergarment's for each dress needs to be made from scratch! B) 2/4 dresses were missing the undergarment fabric. C) The pink trousers had a hole in them. D) The scarves weren't even hemmed! They were just bits of fabric that had been cut poorly. Not only did the shop keeper have a poor attitude towards us, she had the cheek to check our bags to make sure we weren't stealing. Terrible service from the get go and would not recommend anyone from Edinburgh wasting their time here.

   Please do not use them. Agreed to recover my vehicle and take it to local garage which was less then 5 miles distance. Agreed on £50 pounds. One the way to the garage they got lost slightly. I rang them and they were just round the corner ( less then 100 yards) down the road. I called them to give direction. Finally dropped the car at the garage and they wanted £60 pounds because I wasted their petrol. Came out with the excuse my truck is 2.5L. For a few yards the truck drank £10 pounds of extra fuel. These guys are not trust worthy!!!!
