   Find it so hard to put outfits together had loads of help from Kayleigh who not only selected things that I wouldn't she also ran back and forward with multiple choices and I left the shop with what I needed in one go.. fab experience

   Always have a great experience in this shop, and most of the staff are lovely and so helpful! But today I had a lady called aleisha who tried to refuse my certified UNiDAYS on the app because I haven't uploaded a photo onto my account. I would understand if it was policy and she said my photo was the issue at the beginning. but I have already been accepted with my student discount before. I'm Very disheartened the way I was spoken to for asking why it couldn't be accepted. when I replied I would check this policy when I came home she answered very cheeky With the manager close by. It's a shame, I'm in this shop frequently and I wish the customer service was better because she lacked empathy for the situation I was in. I wouldn't have time to grab a passport or bank card or id as I had to rush from college to get their before closing time as this was the second time we visited (I was not made aware a picture was an issue) I could've put a photo on at the beginning but she then refused to give me this without secondary proof of myself. Disappointed and hope it was maybe because she was having a bad day. I don't believe I deserved to be treated in that manner. As someone who works in retail driven shops I would never treat someone the way I was.
