Many thanks to Marion of Hobbs in Silverburn. She spent time choosing different dresses for me to try on, and then helped me make a decision on a dress, for my daughter’s wedding. I had a lot of compliments on the dress. Marion’s help made, what should have been a stressful event, so much more enjoyable.
I visited the Silverburn Hobbs on a Sunday afternoon looking for an outfit for an event just a couple of weeks away and had my 2 young children with me. Marion was excellent with me and was so accommodating of the children. She gave them biscuits and brought me lots of outfits to try on making me feel so welcome. There was no pressure to buy anything but I got a whole outfit and really appreciate the help I was given. My children had a great experience shopping with me, thank you so much.
Fantastic shop there today, looking for a summer dress for a special event Agata pulled out all the stops to pull every suitable dress for my very particular family member until we found the perfect one. Quality of clothing, as always with Hobbs, is fantastic and the style such a classic. Great experience. Thanks to the staff.
Visited Hobbs Silverburn store with my elderly mother who has dementia and mobility issues. The service we received from Mithu was outstanding. She was extremely helpful in suggesting dresses that would suit my mother to wear to a wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and made our visit enjoyable and stress free.
My mom and I visited the store on the 6th of March to collect a parcel we had ordered online. Unfortunately, our experience with the Hobbs online store was quite disappointing — however, the in-store experience completely made up for it. We were assisted by Barbara and Sandra, and I can’t express how grateful we are for their exceptional service. My mom was shopping for her Mother of the Bride outfit, and they went above and beyond to help us find the perfect shade of green and pearl pink jackets. It was so clear that they genuinely love what they do, and honestly, I can’t remember the last time I received such outstanding service. They were incredibly experienced, patient, and determined to make sure we found the right hatinator, shoes, and bag to complement my mom’s dress. They even took the time to search, order, and explore different options for us, which we truly appreciated. Thank you so much, ladies, for making our experience so special — your kindness and expertise did not go unnoticed. We’ll definitely be returning to this branch again!
I would like to say a huge thanks the staff of the Hobbs store in Silverburn for their help in shopping, especially Mrs. Agata, who helped me decide on the perfect outfit for my son's wedding. Superb service and assistance. Emma at Silverburn had my dress waiting for me to try on. She was so helpful and kind, even helped my Mum to choose a dress. We have taken both and even got our accessories.
Very beautiful boutique, unique than others, unfortunately because of the sale they don't have a lot of sizes, but their clothes are amazing and in a high quality
