Boots on Rickmansworth High Street has been looking derelict for a couple of years now. The place is a disgrace, the floor is peeling up and the shelves are half empty. This place lets the whole High Street down, this is inexcusable for such a large brand!! Please sort it out!
The staff and opticians have always been so helpful with my elderly mum, and went out of their way to resolve an issue with her glasses when she had been unable to go the store.
I went to Boots for a flu jab. I phoned ahead of time to ensure they had availability. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and offered me two time options. I waited about ten minutes to be seen. The man who gave me the jab was very professional and kind.
Visited this branch today, not my local. saw a lovely pharmacy lady about lower back pain that was unbearable she was very attentive sat me down asked all the appropriate questions and really helped me find products that made a difference to my whole day came out of there full of praise.
Great place to do shopping and medicines. Kind and polite staff. Specially chaminda who serve with a smile and friendly manner
Terrible branch of boots, mainly down to the staffs incompetence. There is almost ALWAYS something wrong every time picking up prescriptions. They are now FORCING people to use patient access even although they shouldnt be forcing us!! Needs new management and has done for the last several years. Sick of using this boots
This pharmacy was signposted to me by 111 after a medical emergency. I spoke to the pharmacist working Sunday morning and was met with the response that I should go elsewhere because he couldn't get into his computer system. I tried explaining it was an emergency but he sounded like he couldn't care less. Absolutely dreadful customer service and I will be sure to pass on this experience to 111. Individuals like this are dangerous. It was fortunate I was able to find a caring/listening member of staff in another branch even though it was much further to reach.. Shame on you. I will be making a complaint to head office to ensure this experience is not repeated for anyone else. Absolutely dreadful.
For me, the best chemist. Very polite, always trying to help when i am at shortage of my medication. I am always without the stress when i come there. Strongly recommended.
