   I've lived in this area for several years now and this is the place I avoid to go. All the staffs I've encountered felt like they didn't like the job - the attitude, the professionalism, none of them is adequate. I had to return a damaged parcel last week and the lady was ridiculous. She asked me why I opened the box and I said I didn't - that's why I'm returning it because it got damaged. She opened the box, literally unscrewed the brand new mascara and took it out having a look! I didn't know what she was looking for - you can tell if I used it or not by looking into a tiny hole? Plus there's not a single finger print on it until she touched it. It was a brand new mascara and you could have sold it at a discounted price with a damaged box. Now, this mascara is ruined for hygienic purpose. I just hope no one would got it. Please train your staffs as this is the worst Boots I've been in my life.

   I’ve Visited today(13.6.25) for buying Bio oil, Excellent job, and great customer service support. Very special mention to PREETI ❤️. Wonderful person. I will definitely come again not to buy, but definitely only for her. It would be great to take her out for a coffee.

   Awful experience they have zero concept of patient confidentiality I went to pick up my prescription (birth control, which they never have in stock and takes weeks to come in) I was quizzed on what the purpose of this prescription was for in front of a queue of about 6 other customers. It was prescribed by my doctor why do I have to go into detail in a public place about my birth control decisions? Why do they think I want to share this information with everyone in the store? The pharmacist then came over and started yelling out names of alternative birth control pills he would prescribe me in front of everyone in the store which was embarrassing and humiliating. I left without my prescription because they couldn’t fulfil it. I can’t believe this is the standard of care in boots I avoid this store and have started collecting my prescriptions from Superdrug with no issues so it was clearly an issue with Boots.

   What a crap staffs , they made to go back to the dentist to update on the doses of an antibiotic, they didn’t understand the doses, I said ok may be they are confused, I went back make everything written in words like an essay , put the doctor sign n made my dentist put the practice seal as well Because I was sure something will be fishy otherwise, I went back and they started questioning me like a police( a black guy and an Indian lady), whose signature is this , he asked , why this dose is given, why this , why that and he was constantly staring at me throughout , why keep these type of staffs , aren’t the manager aware off these kind of behaviour .( They were very unprofessional from the very first time , mokking other customers as well.)And they said can you tried in other pharmacy, i came to Ruislip boots near tk max and they didn’t even question me once . They mixed the antibiotics and said it has to be kept in fridge. So professional behaviour! ❌❌❌ Rather then asking me to investigate further, you as a owner or store manager I should not school you, you can investigate yourself and ask your staffs. I understand why the store has such bad reviews.

   Appalling service. Over the course of the last week I’ve had the unfortunate need to pick up prescriptions multiple times. Not on one of these occasions were my expectations met. To mention one of these occasions, I came in for the prescription, and was told it will take a moment. Absolutely fine; I left to the post office for around 30mins, came back and I was informed that they can’t find the prescription which was now misplaced. Fortunately the manager gave me 2/3 of the prescribed pills as that was all that was left, and informed me to come back on Friday (manager is the only reason this is a 2 star review now one). The service at this pharmacy is poor and slow in comparison to others in the area, and I will no longer be getting my prescriptions from here.

   Saturday morning first thing I went in to pick up a prescription for a very unwell lady “sorry we don’t have the medication in stock it’s on order and will be here this afternoon” I asked them to contact me as soon as the order arrived so I could go and collect it, no call or text. Monday morning first thing went in, same story. The man behind the counter is either a liar or completely overwhelmed in a shop that’s constantly empty. I shall be returning tommorow and making sure they are reported after.

   The man in this boots is very abrupt and rude. He stood drinking coffe in front of customers having 2 different conversations while I was trying to get my prescription, they proceeded to keep calling me "mate"

   Rude and incompetent staff. Treat you with no respect. One of the sells assistants asked me to wait in the other anothpart of the shop for my turn to pay when i was the only one at the till. Literally escorted me to the far end corner of the shop . Empty shelf with make up,bad management. Avoid . Use Supperdrug next door where staff is approchable and helpful with goid communication ability.

   I get my prescriptions here as well as web orders and general shopping. I have found last minute gifts as well as 90% of all my toiletries in store. I've always had sound advice from staff and the pharmacists, very friendly and knowledgeable.
