   I had a great experience at this pharmacy! All of the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the specific brand of medication I needed. They took the time to check their suppliers and even let me know that they will order further packs of the medication so that they can ensure I receive this brand when my next prescription is due. It’s rare to find that kind of personal care and attention these days. I really appreciate their effort and friendly service — highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their customers.

   I've been a patient/customer here for a number of years now and have always been treated with a professional respect. I've witnessed people getting frustrated if they have to wait a few minutes but if there's a line halfway out the door AND they don't already have your prescription of course it's going to take 5-10minutes to process! I cannot articulate my praise enough for all the staff there. There are other pharmacies that I pass on the way to John Davis but I wouldn't begin to consider changing. That small extra distance is more than worth it for a team who in the literal hundreds of times I've been there have never once had anything remotely resembling a negative experience. 5 stars without hesitation! ✨️

   Was given the wrong medication, the label had my correct medication label. But the actual box said something else & after taking anti sickness tablets in place of my antidepressants for 5 days and feeling worse than ever before and coming close to killing myself. I finally googled the name on the box and checked the leaflet. I trusted the pharmacy as using them for our whole family for many many years & the brand has changed before and the medicine being the same in the past I didnt question it this time either. I ended up calling up to complain and had a huge panick attack in the middle of the convo. A sorry is not enough. Can they undo the 5 miserable days Ive had so far? I could have killed myself. Totally irresponsible and careless. Will never trust pharmacies again and wont be taking my meds anymore. I genuinely hope those responsible get what they deserve.
