Went to pick my order at 13:45 but it was closed with no sign why is it is closed.i had a message from boots that your order is ready to collect and the website opening timing showed 8:30-18:30 SO why is it closed at 13:45!!
Currently they are shut all week and have not made any arrangements for prescriptions to be filled by other pharmacies. Totally unacceptable service
Extremely helpful, they will go out of their way to help you. Staff are always smiling & friendly. Defo recommend this place, i use it for all my prescriptions, they txt me to let me know my prescription is ready, they also do flu jabs. It doesn't feel like a big company it feels more like an independent store. Much more efficient & friendly than adells a few doors down.
Excellent experience getting my winter flu jab. Easy online booking process; very convenient neighbourhood location. Pharmacist was friendly, reassuring and thorough.
