   Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I was told the pharmacist would call me back, but after waiting three hours I had to call myself, only to be told they were “too busy” and that I needed to come in personally. They were recommended by the local doctors, but the service, attitude, and professionalism here have been consistently poor. This is the second time I’ve had an issue, and it will be the last. Consider yourself warned.

   I used this pharmacy a few times to collect a controlled drug and I generally found them very efficient and friendly apart from this lady who served me this morning who was abrupt and had a bit of an attitude. She confirmed my address and when I confirmed with her the name of the drug I was waiting for, she gave me a not very nice look and sarcastically said "thank you" which I didn't appreciate. She needs to learn patience and good manners especially as I have a mild disability. Not good

   I changed to Tudorken Pharmacy last year and I'm so glad I did. Excellent service every time I go. Lovely, polite and helpful staff. The pharmacy is bright and very well stocked. Plenty of chairs to sit on for a few minutes while waiting for my prescription. I would highly recommend it.

   We travelled to Tudorken Pharmacy from St Albans to have my 6 year old child vaccinated for covid. The chemist was amazing, talking with my child about the vaccine and how it works, and was so warm and friendly. It really helped reduce her nervousness. Also, he vaccinated so quickly and painlessly that both my child and I were surprised it was done. I highly recommend this pharmacy for children's vaccinations. Thank you very much, and see you in 3 months for the second dose.
