   Poor customer service. They txt me on Saturday that my man’s prescription is ready. Went on Monday afternoon to pick it up. They Made me wait for half an hour and Served four or five other customers who came after me.

   Thursday 09/10/25 just before 10am I was helped by Female Pharmacist at Tesco Extra Watford, extremely rude, she should not be allowed to face customers ( I do not complain about everyone at this pharmacy, the assistants are very helpful and extremely polite). I am disabled, came out from hospital and stopped at Tesco for few bits including pharmacy to save time. I am not complaining about waiting time, but the way I was treated by this woman. Huge shame to Tesco and other colleagues who work hard to maintain great opinion about their service. Not to give u whole life story she did not informed me there is shortfall of the medication I came for. Instead she decided herself I will have to come back for it and made a loud comment in front of other customer states with anger I wasted her time. I can only hope Tesco store manager or her direct manager will make sure she gets what she deserves. Well I will never use this pharmacy again.

   Ignorance and attitude on show at this pharmacy. When asking for some medicine of a certain type my wife was told “ that’s a trade name. What’s the active ingredient”. Disgraceful and unhelpful BS attitude from an obvious millennial that was so far up her own backside. Should be sacked.(Watford branch to be clear).

   I like to Thank all the team working in Tesco Extra pharmacy in watford for all their hard work and Excellent customer service. I was very distressed regarding my sons condition and was given advice by sadia and sheil and a recommendation of creams and medication for him. I felt that I was listened to and they were very compassionate towards what I was going through. 10/10 service with a smile .

   Poor customer service. When you need to buy something, you’re forced to wait at the counter until someone decides to show up. Even if staff see you waiting, they will finish their personal conversations or meals (another story, how they can eat in behind the counters, where is a full of medicines, do anyone knows about cross-contaminations? For the health and safety will never go back and get a thing from there), before acknowledging you. Sometimes, they show up with their mouth full, unable to speak properly. In an emergency situation, this kind of careless attitude could have serious consequences. The staff clearly need proper training on how to communicate and deal with customers professionally and respectfully. I don't even want to mention about the phones in their hands!!!!!!
