I recently visited Puri Pharmacy for a sore throat and used their Pharmacy First service. I was so impressed! I didn’t need to wait for a GP appointment, and the pharmacist saw me straight away. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my symptoms and treatment clearly. I left with the right medication and peace of mind, all without any hassle. It’s amazing to have this kind of healthcare access right in the community. Highly recommend!
This pharmacy has to be the best in Hillingdon, there is a young lady in there her name is Haven, she has time for everyone and is always there to help you get what you need, or to get your medication sorted out, nothing is to much for her. I find her such a joy to have a chat to her, she is always smiling and it's so nice to actually see. There are a few others in there that seem happy to help. I really miss Vivek , he was always happy to see you, and made time to help you out just like Haven does. I find the new pharmacist in there not to friendly, she is always hiding in the side room. And only comes out when she really has too. I think Haven should be the boss in there because she is happy to help everyone and always gets your prescription done on time, plus she is great at chasing up your prescription when our doctors are taking forever to put the prescription through. I'm very happy with the staff at Puri pharmacy especially Haven.

Best pharmacy around. So efficient and lovely kind staff. Dosset boxes always ready on time and do they're up most best to get meds that other chemist's can't get.
