Has been my nominated pharmacy for a number of years, under the previous and current owners and have always been extremely efficient, helpful and never let me down. They also have a comprehensive range of top brand perfumes and cosmetics… which is quite handy.
They manage to get the drugs we need, which the other pharmacies in Pinner can’t get. Saves me so much time driving around looking for my fathers tablets. Also took my kids there for their travel vaccinations, excellent service. Nice staff too.
For many years I was regular costumer.Always I had a great experience with shopping and costumer service.Unfortunatly this is change during my last visit with my son.I want to buy 2x package nurofen tablets.The guy said I can buy only one package of Nurofen tablets.One person can buy one package of Nurofen.So my son wants to buy second pack, because the whole family wasn't well.And you know what that guy said?He said only one package of Nurofen is allowed to sale per family!It is ridiculous!Now my family is not well and I have to go to the another pharmacy buy Nurofen, because basically one package 16 tablets of ibuprofen is not enough for 4 people.Now I'm thinking it was type of racism towards to me?

Excellent service. Went in there Thursday and had my little one in a pushchair. Service was excellent as they quickly and promptly sorted out my prescription and held open the door for me. Would very likely go again
