   I had the most wonderful experience with Sajh Dajh. From start to finish, everything was so perfect. Aneela was incredible at listening to what I had envisioned and brought it to life so beautifully. Every tiny detail of my dress was carefully crafted, and the overall shape was what I hoped for and more. I can fully appreciate all of the hard work and incredible talent that has gone into it. The quality is truly out of this world and my dress is beyond expectations. I feel so lucky to have this shop bring my dream wedding dress to life, and I can't wait to wear my dress on our special day. Thank you for making something so magical. Forever grateful, Stephanie x

   My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to share my grievances in the hope that you will address these issues seriously. Firstly, the email response I received from your customer service team was utterly ridiculous. It lacked any sense of professionalism and did not address my concerns adequately. The tone was dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. Furthermore, the product I ordered is still missing, and I have not received any updates regarding its status. It is unacceptable that I have been left in the dark without any clear information or timeline for resolution. I had hoped for at least a basic level of communication, but it seems that even this is too much to ask from your company. To add insult to injury, there has been no offer of compensation for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me. This lack of accountability and customer care is deeply disappointing and reflects very poorly on Sajh Dhaj. I expected much better from your company and am extremely dissatisfied with how my issue has been handled. I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service and make immediate improvements. Until then, I will not be recommending Sajh Dhaj to anyone and will be sharing my negative experience with others

   The ladies at Sajh Dajh are incredible and helped me immensely to design my wedding dress. They gave me full reassurance it would arrive in 6 weeks and it did. The design process was impeccable, everything was dually noted (the shade, length, material, even down to what flower and vine designs I wanted on the sleeves or border etc) and it arrived even better than envisioned! I was so in love with my wedding outfit and every detail was carefully adhered to. I can’t recommend Sajh Dajh enough, what a wonderful team and business.

   Bought my daughter in laws Walima outfit from here, can’t fault the service from start to finish and the staff really know their stuff. High quality clothes and a fully bespoke service, so the outfit fitted perfectly and we took their expert advice to find the right colours and style. My daughter in law received countless compliments on her outfit, and we have recommended Sajh Dhaj to many of our friends and family.

   Should cater for a variety of budgets, not just for customers who are willing to pay £2k plus. As a bride funding her own wedding I went into the shop and was not really entertained. Ended up going to Bradford and got a stunning wedding dress from there, actually ended up paying more than my budget due to good customer service. Shame as this place must miss out on a lot of good business.

   Will never come back here again. We got three matchig outfits from here for my cousin's wedding spending close to £900. Halfway through the wedding my trousers ripped as did my other cousin's. We had asked for capri trousers however the trousers we received were made from raw silk which is not the material capri are made from. My trousers were completely ruined through no fault of my own and I had to pay £15 for the replacement. When the suits arrived they were not too tge quality of the one on display. Beads were sewn into the inside of the sleeves therefore leaving the suit very uncomfortable due to the beads scratching the skin. This resulted in having to put a plaster on to stop the beads rubbing. Avoid this place at all costs.
