   Pathetic Web site. I have been trying to buy a jacket for the entire day now!! You keep on telling me to sign in again. Then I sign in and suddenly my details are not in. Then you won't accept my address. My address is correct!!!!!!! Then you give me 15% discount which luckily i will never get. 15% discount which I cannot see where to enter the voucher no ... if you want such expensive fashions then make your Web page user friendly. I joined the rewards programme but you cannot seem to connect it to my account... so what's the use? Even posting this is far more difficult than giving one of the hundreds of reviews I do monthly. Actually my rant is not over yet. The Internet says Glasgow Buchanan Street has a monsoon... you wasted my time!!! Then I go all the way to Silverburn to fit on the jacket for my son to buy it for me and I'm having nothing but hassles on the site. Shocking

   I've been so disappointed with Monsoon in recent years. Once one of my favourite clothes retailers, it's now stocked with garments that are uninspiring, overpriced, and of poorer quality than previously.

   There is Monsoon in the big shopping center called Silverburn Glasgow. It was worth to go there as I found also another famous shops and could spend money during the big New Year sale

   I am writing to whom it may concern for a complaint and an explanation to why me and my sister were not treated as loyal customers in Monsoon store in Silverburn on 16/07/2016 around 5pm. I am very upset and angry of why 1 of the staff came to me  when i had items i was looking at in my hands and the staff said " can I take these from your hand" and just took the items from my hands without my answer. I told the staff that I am still looking at those items and asked if she wanted to take the rest of the items my sister had aswell and I was very angry and told the staff that " I work in retail aswell and you never approach a customer and take the items out their hands" and the staff replied " you should take the items from their hands aswell" . This is not the way for customer service by not informing the customer why the items are being taken from their hands. It seems the staff working in Silverburn Monsoon store are not happy with their jobs as they dont know how to deal with customers. I have always shopped from Monsoon at different locations but never have I recieved this type of poor rude service. I couldnt even buy the items I wanted because of that staff and then she ran away at the back of the store or somewhere leaving me all angry and upset. Other customers were looking aswell and my freind was scared of the staffs behaviour when she was getting served by the staff on the tills she couldnt calm me down or apolojise but once she had served us and when we were walking out the store she said in a angry tone that " have a wonder ful day" and the atmosphere felt very wrong and she never had no smile on her face Very rude customer service
