   Daya Pharmacy always takes care of our family's needs when needed the most. The staff are incredibly well mannered and despite being busy they will always make time to answer our questions. The service is of a high standard and their driver Sachin is guaranteed to deliver to ensure we are not left without. A very good team consisting of Kiran who runs the extra mile when looking after us. Thank you all and keep up the fantastic service you all provide.

   It appears that the pharmacy is open online, but it's closed and no one is answering the phone. There is an urgent out-of-hour doctor who sent the prescription as they are open until 4 pm today. This is very unprofessional. Would it be possible to take legal action?

   The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. However, it really upsets me when they shout out the customers full name and address for everyone to hear. Can you please do something about this ? Use initials? Have customers write down their personal details if they prefer ? There was a creepy customer in the pharmacy when I last visited. I asked to write my full name on paper instead of broadcasting it. The staff member shouted out my first and last name even though I was standing in front of her. She asked for me to confirm my address, I asked to write it down instead. I later had a friends request from the creepy guy on my social media.

   I had a covid booster here and wasn't given the aftercare leaflet or told what vaccine I'd recieved. The vaccinator was very abrupt. I telephoned a few days later to ask which vaccine I'd recieved as I was experiencing a strange rash and a lot of pain around the vaccination site. She told me to check my NHS records and hung up.Not sure about their hygiene methods. Will never go there again for anything. Awful.

   Request for sublingual spray from Daya pharmacy at 2:00pm and I was told I need prescription.I call doctor and request for prescription.I went back at 4:00pm and request for my medication and I was told by Kiran that my Prescription went to wrong pharmacy so called Jade pharmacy.I call them and request them to release the prescription which she did straight away and provide me barcode.In Daya pharmacy lady on counter Kiran didnt done her job properly to allocate my prescription and not provide me my medication so after waiting 30 min I got frustrated and left pharmacy and try just 2 min away Grosvenor Pharmacy and person on counter found my prescription on system in a min and Mr.Harish also mention its cheaper if I buy it with out prescription which mean that spray can be purchased with out prescription and Daya pharmacy waste my 2 in half hours plus if some on in need that lady cant do some hard work to help people.

   I came yesterday and unfortunately they didn’t have any vaccines left, and I was quite annoyed but I went back today and I’m so glad I did. Samual was so apologetic and I now understand it was not his fault but the system not transmitting the information. I was so anxious for my vaccine but Samual put me so at ease! He administered the vaccine in a very professional way and I genuinely didn’t feel a thing (and I’m a big baby when it comes to needles!) Samuel is a asset to Daya chemist and I’ll be recommending all of my friends and family to come to get their vaccine by him! Thank you Samual!

   Visited Daya pharmacy to receive my booster vaccination and the service, organisation and set up was excellent. They ensured that the waiting time was no longer than 10 minutes from the moment you stand in the queue to getting your vaccination (bonus was that they also gave a chocolate at the end). Would definitely recommend for getting your jabs here.
