    Never answers the phone , my daughter's prescription sent to them on Tuesday for collection 48 hrs later , .. and 48 hrs plus later they hadn't ordered it so my child has still not got her required medication, tried to call to make sure her prescription was there as it's already late and it rings someone answers (I think) do not know as there is no response ridiculous way to handle things ! Was better when it was grovesner pharmacy !

    I don’t normally write reviews, but I think this one is absolutely necessary. I walked into the pharmacy on Tuesday 11:30 with my daughter. I was picking up her medication. As I went to the counter, a homeless man came inside the shop asking for otc painkillers. A man, I’m assuming he was the manager. Gave the man a dirty look and laughed in his face, He asked him if he felt pain as a human and treated him as he was below him just because he’s homeless. My young daughter and I felt absolutely horrible. I suggest you don’t come here. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
