   I had a wonderful experience at Boots. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and very helpful. They took their time to listen to what I needed and guided me with real care and professionalism. Their positive attitude and warm approach made my visit much easier and more comfortable. Thank you to the whole team — you’re doing an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back.

   One of the worst Pharmacy I have ever come across. I booked my private Flue vaccine appointment for 15-Nov-25 and visited Pharmacy but pharmacist was not available. I was told manager will call back to re-book. Not received any call. Tried to call them to speak to pharmacist option, no one pick up the call. I tried again on following Sat on 22-Nov-25 but same story pharmacist was not available and promised that manager will call back to re-book but since today I have not got my appointment, no vaccine and no refund, no call, no communication at all. Just avoid this Pharmacy. It is waste of time and money.

   WORST Boots experience ever The staff only said the coupon wasn’t available to use AFTER my mum scanned it at the till and we lost the coupon with NO compensation whatsoever. If your store doesn’t allow customers to use ANY E-COUPONS because staff will “get in trouble” or whatever, maybe PRINT IT OUT AND STICK IT AT THE DOOR OR AT THE TILL?? I’ll be posting this across all my social media accounts to warn people bc this is honestly ridiculous. No compensation, no apology and terrible attitude.

   This boots is seriously understaffed. Staff try to help the best they can but they seem seriously under pressure too. The queues are always out of the door. If you have a return you’ll be asked to wait until the queue has been served even though you have already waited for your turn to be served. I try avoid this place as much as I can but it doesn’t help that boots have closed 2 of my nearest stores and this is the nearest store to me now.

   This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. With only a few people in line, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to reach the counter. After giving my prescription, I was told “10 minutes,” which turned into endless waiting. When I came back the next day, it was the same nonsense…slow service, more waiting, and incredibly rude staff. One staff member even told me to go back and stand in line again after I had already waited. The employees act like they have no interest in helping anyone..chatting, moving like zombies, and treating patients with zero respect. I saw even a pregnant woman left standing for ages. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and careless. If you value your time and dignity, avoid this pharmacy.

   I walk in to boots today and not sure what I had walked into. It felt like it was 1985 , tiny empty shelves hardly any thing. I found no human presence and walked out. Go elsewhere

   Service was good. Missed item. Phone Gp. Give me tracking Code. Ring Boots x4 to check no one is answering phone. Now I have to make a 2nd trip. No team in pharmacy.

   I wish I could able to give 0 star. The worst pharmacy in Hayes. Staff are so unprofessional and they just know how to waste time rather than serving their customers quicker. Recently, I requested my GP to change my pharmacy, which I should have done a long time ago (my bad), and I am glad the other pharmacy's staff are so quick and professional. In this boots pharmacy, every time you have to wait for so long to get your medicines. They are getting the prescriptions from GP early morning but they won't make it ready even if you go to collect it in the evening. Once you enter and ask them about your prescription at that time, they will prepare your prescription, and obviously, you have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for their lazy legs and hands to work out even if you are standing number 1 in the queue. It is better to change your pharmacy and get your medicines fast without any delay.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. They can never open on time, the technician always fails to arrive at 9:00 and without the technician they can’t even open the door. They will just live you waiting outside. I was trying to collect my order for 1 week, every time they failed to open the shop on time and I’m not able to wait outside as I have job to go to. When you finally make it to the shop she will fail to find your order, she will look for hours and finally tell you she can’t find it. I will never go to this shop again. Absolutely unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional.
