I'm diabetic and order my prescription online, GP approves the medication same day and sends it to boots, it takes the at least a week or slightly more and I have to phone so many times if I could get through to speak to someone, as a result I run out of my meds and this has caused me issues. They really need to sort this out, a big international brand like boots it doesn't look good at all.

Bought a digital thermometer 2 weeks ago for my grandson just in case while they were spending Christmas but battery was drained, tried to change but the pharmacist refused. Because I'm sick (cancer treatment) I just walk away. Definitely a place to avoid!

The consistency could be improved by the pharmacy team. Iβm sure boots generate a lot of income on a national scale, and their larger stores seem up to date with technology. However, they need to invest some money into their smaller branches such as Yeading. It looks rather run down and their system that checks online prescriptions must be so outdated. Please renovate the store and invent in reliable fast technology.

This boots pharmacy is not helpful I called them I need my medication I was on my way to pick it up very urgent cause of weekend. They didnβt wait even 5 mins so bad customer service they didnβt help me . I would never want my prescription send to this pharmacy very poor service. There customers service is very poor they donβt pick the phone up . I must say they not good bad attitude the staff is working ,very upset wast of my journey.

Pathetic pharmacy! Every time my prescription is sent to this place, I end up spending considerable amount of time and energy chasing it. They constantly told me my prescription has not been sent but my GP assured me it has. GP think staff are lazy and incompetent to trace prescription online. For a national chain, this is shameful. I have not had that problem since changing pharmacy.

Go to gp get given a script sent to local pharmacy, soon be feeling better I thought but cannot collect medicine until after 3.00pm.Go to get medicine only to be told they don't have any in stock, will have some in next day after 11.30am.. asked if I would you like to try another chemist, unfortunately I am not able to try any were else due to walking problem.therefore I have to wait next day before I can start feeling better. Very frustrating.
