What an utter shambles. I have a repeat prescription. Every time I put in the prescription they take over a week to get it ready. I will call them and be on hold for 15-25 minutes. They tell me the medication is ready for collection but each and every time when i arrive there is always something missing. Been waiting to be served and watching the staff acting like they don't know what's they are doing. Four members of staff standing at the back chatting while one staff tries to serve eight people. When asked about the various problems it's always the same excuse... oh, these things happen. Absolute farce. If you take your health seriously then don't bother with them because they don't take anyones health seriously

Deeply disappointed with the service and attitude at Eastcote Pharmacy. My wife, who was very unwell, was given an old prescription instead of the new one issued by her doctor, by a staff member named Caroline. When I returned the next day to have this serious mistake corrected, she charged again and behaved incredibly rudely — even laughing while I was clearly worried about my wife’s health. At one point, another staff member approached to try and help, but Caroline dismissively said to them, “It’s ok, I’ll handle it,” in a condescending and mocking tone — as if the situation was a joke. The lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. Rather than showing care or accountability, both Caroline and later the rest of the staff made the experience even more distressing. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a pharmacy where people come for support and trust their health to the staff. To make matters worse, their prices are noticeably higher than other pharmacies nearby. It’s deeply concerning how they seem to take advantage of elderly and vulnerable customers who may not be aware of fair pricing. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this behaviour isn’t an isolated case — many people have reported similar experiences of rudeness, unhelpfulness, and disrespect. I will be formally reporting this incident to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and raising a complaint with NHS England so that this behaviour can be properly investigated. Until there is accountability and better management, I strongly advise avoiding Eastcote Pharmacy.

I visited Eastcote Pharmacy this morning seeking advice about persistence skin itching. Sukaina , who assisted me, was exceptionally kind and attentive. She recommended Bioderma cream for my skin . I also showed her my face, which has been struggling with constant skin issues, and she suggested the La Roche-Posay Vitamin C12 serum which I decided to purchase even though it is quite expensive. She gave me samples to try for face cleansing. I am very pleased with her knowledgeable and caring service. Thank you, Sukaina, fo your excellent help - it made my experience at the pharmacy truly outstanding!

Had an appt booked for Flu vaccine on 02.01.23 @ 2:30 only to arrive at the pharmacy and it be closed! The opening hours for that day were 10am-2pm as per the sign on the door. Surely if they know that have people booked in for a vaccine after they had closed, they would ring them to rearrange????!! But no, they don’t

Such poor organisation from this pharmacy! Had my flu vaccine booked for today only to turn up, fill out my form, wait 10 mins and then be told they have run out of flu vaccines! Why couldn’t they have called to let me know so I wouldn’t have bothered wasting my time and money getting here. Will be avoiding this pharmacy in future and suggest you confirm and call them before you go in also.

Wow this place is to be avoided at all costs! I’m putting one star because it doesn’t give the option of no stars! Just turned up for travel vaccination appointment booked online. I was sent two reminders for it yesterday. Arrived to be told there is no travel clinic there today and it was “an IT glitch”! I see from other reviews how inefficient they clearly are. Place should be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I came in here to get my baby's medication. Tired and exhausted with a sick baby. I was met with rude staff, no compassion and i was told to mix the babies own Amoxicillin as it would take 10 mins for them to do so. When i said i would wait, the staff rolled their eyes... like i was inconveniencing them. To top it off the other medication i was dispensed literally expires soon. Staff was too lazy to change it. Never again. I thought i was supporting a local pharmacy. Better to go to boots or sainsburies.

Booked my second vaccine here last year and turned up to be told they had run out and hadn't bothered to let me know. Reluctantly booked my booster with them today to get a message 2 hours before it to be told they were again out of stock. Not somewhere you can rely on which is especially awful for a pharmacy

I had my Covid vaccine from Eastcote Pharmacy. They have space for vaccination on the right side of the entrance. They check your name and date of birth on Arrival. As per your Age they will recommend two types of injections, below 40's is MODERNA and above 40's is ASTRA ZENECA. There as 6 bays to wait , the wait time is less than 5 minutes. Once they call you the consultant will ask for any flu/Fewer or Covid symptoms or do u take any medication Or blood thinning tablets. Once injection done they will ask you to wait in the same bay for 15 minutes to any allergic reactions. They will also give you handout and a Covid vaccination card for your second dose. The staffs are very friendly and the place is santised after each person. The parking is free for 30 minutes just outside the pharmacy.
