I went to for wax cleaning, they don’t know how to do it, touching my ear drums, I had so much pain, for two three hours, any one please don’t go there for wax cleaning..
I can't fault their service, very happy indeed. Friendly and professional staff and have even made deliveries on the rare occasion when I've not been able to collect. Would recommend.
Had to take travel jabs. Gave them an intital phone call, very helpful with advice, confirmed they had the jabs I needed on the phone, and I was all done within 20 mins of entering the store. Recommended.
My wife and I both requiring regular prescribed medication, we know we can rely on Alexandra Pharmacy to fulfil our GP's prescriptions. We can also ask the Pharmacist for advice if required. The staff are also unfailingly courteous and helpful, and we recommend Alexandra Pharmacy without hesitation.

Recently visited for my booster jab as the other centres around the area had huge queues. I did not have to wait for long here and the staff at the Pharmacy was very helpful and efficient.
I am currently preagnat and yesterday I was in that area and suddenly started feeling unwell so I went in and asked if I could get my blood pressure checked. The pharmacist had me waiting for 10 minutes until he finished his phonecall conversation just to refuse checking my blood pressure. He guided me to go to the machine at the front and check it at with that. After inserting the money, the machine failed to check anything saying there is an error. The advice I received forward was to go to a walk in centre and check it there.
