Never had a bad experience here! The pharmacist(s) is knowledgeable and caring, the staff are quick to help and process clients, and the few times I've needed a private consultation, they were professional, kind and friendly. Everyone is helpful and has a great attitude!

GP referred me to the pharmacy for a chesty cough and wheezing. The lady at the counter, probably the pharmacist or some other clinical staff was asking me all the questions at the counter with other people around instead of giving me some privacy or taking me into another room which they use for these consultations. She said I had a sore throat, when I asked why she thought that, she said just because I know. and told me to buy a throat spray . She did not even examine me. I later went to the GP and the doctors gave me antibiotics as it turned out that I had a chest infection. So it was clearly not a sore throat, there was just a quick judgment passed and no privacy given. They just want to sell their medicine without thorough assessment
Zero Stars if Possible. I bought a medication that I never even opened, and when I tried to return it, I was told I couldn't because it was "contaminated". Nowhere was I informed about this absurd return policy beforehand, and I was appalled when the clerk suggested they would just throw the medication away instead of offering a refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Healthways Pharmacy, on the other hand, had no problem allowing me to return an unopened medication. I will not be coming back to this establishment.
TOP Pharmacist. The very best I have ever used and always a pleasure to visit. 1. Can do all injections/vaccines whether for holidays or flu etc. 2. Has home delivery service for all who need it 3. Look after all pensioners very closely 4. Takes a very keen interest in your Health I have used for many years now and all the staff are so very friendly. They have always taken a keen interest not only with myself but also all my family. I have never experienced a pharmacy like this.
Asked one of the pharmacists for advice, she couldn't tear her eyes away from her phone long enough to actually help. Really bad customer service. Their male pharmacist who does vaccines is very good though, and the only reason I didn't rate this place 1 star.
Courteous staff. They sell Verset Perfumes which are really great. Prime location on Rayners Lane.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very friendly, polite, helpful Pharmacist & staff. Highly knowledgeable Pharmacist who seems to almost know what a patient need even before they tell their problem (just kidding), but they listen to you thoroughly and give you all the possible options - involving you in the process of caring for yourself. Incredible patient care over many years, especially provide advice & support to our Rayners Lane community during the Covid19 pandemic and seeing doctors was restricted. Very reassuring to patients to have a people with extensive knowledge of treating various common / non-emergency ailments providing useful medical service at the local level.
They will yell, antagonise and patronise you when asking calm and quiet questions about concerns with medications. I asked one question about my prescription and everyone who worked there started shouting at me in unison in a hostile and frightening manner. I left in the middle of their yelling as I did not feel safe in the shop anymore.
Mr Patel, the pharmacist, is top of his game, so professional, good listener, excellent communicator, very hepful, we have recommended this pharmacy to our friends.
