   I do not appreciate being shouted out to by the female member of staff behind your counter. I am a customer and, should you wish me to purchase from you, then approach me in a dignified manner when appropriate for them to do so and not with another customer. I don't think I was in a market! I made purchase instead online to John Lewis THANKS for nothing

   Came in earlier today with my friend as she was inquiring about picking up an anti viral for a sensitive problem, the staff were talking loudly at her and she was clearly uncomfortable sharing the issue in public as there were customers nearby and coming in and out. My friend then informed a staff member quietly and the staff repeated it loudly, i heard her and I wasn’t even standing close by. After giving my friend information, loudly, for the whole pharmacy to hear (despite there being a private consultation room) we left, and my friend was in tears and felt embarrassed and disrespected. Unacceptable.

   I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the wonderful pharmacist who assisted me during my visit on the 4th of October. I came in hoping to find a solution to an issue I had been dealing with for some time. Although a previous treatment prescribed by my GP hadn’t worked, this pharmacist took the time to listen to me carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and recommended something different — and reassured me that things would improve. Ten days later, I feel significantly better. What stood out most was not only her professional knowledge, but her calm, kind, and genuinely caring approach. She made me feel heard and looked after — something that’s sadly rare these days. Thank you once again. I won’t hesitate to return should I need help in the future.

   Service with a smile. Its always a pleasure and never a pain to visit Jays pharmacy Egham to collect my regular medication. Avani is always there to make you feel seen and welcome you into the store. My experience over the last few years has always been great. Avani is always happy and helpful and my children love her. There is never a sense of rushing or a need for a sale, Avani is always willing to listen and advise , Avani is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and a credit to the Pharmacy

   Always go over & beyond. Service with a smile. All the staff are excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. They are available on the phone when needed. My family & friends alike like to support a local friendly & professional chemist. I highly recommend Jays Pharmacy in Egham.

   I would avoid this pharmacy. 111 provided a prescription to this pharmacy when my doctors wasn't open. I called to confirm they have it before making the trip to the pharmacy and they were telling me how they will refuse to give it to me and that I need to speak to my GP all though 111 had provided the prescription which could be proven by phone call recording. The woman I was speaking to is incredibly rude she got angry at me for asking what I'm meant to do as I need my medication. She answered me back very rudly and couldn't help she knew I was in need of my inhaler but because of her refusal I ended up in hospital after having a asthma attack. Luckily our phone call was recorded so I'm taking all my evidence further due to her customer service.

   Every time I go to this pharmacy I treated rudely, the phone is answered by people who do not know what they doing. Giving the wrong information and advice. Not giving out medication with prescriptions. I would highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy. They also give out medication to imagrants whom go to the uni without a prescription. They cannot deal with 'busy times' which is no more than 3 customers, when they have 4 people working there. Refuse to answer phone calls and when they do its with a rude tone like you are a criminal for calling them.

   Avoid if you can. I just had the most ghastly customer service experience in my life. They tried to make me feel like a terrible person just because I wanted to return a cleanser. The law in UK is clear, anything that is unopened or undamaged can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. They made me wait for an hour and tried to convince me that it cannot be returned. In the end they did finally accept to refund it but then told me very bluntly to never come into their shop again. That was shocking to hear because I was being very polite despite their unprofessional conduct. Just awful!
