   Terrible service. Items not delivered despite paying extra. Staff are rude when you get someone. Email responses are generic rubbish. Pass the buck to delivery company but continue using them despite all the reviews.

   Has very small amount of their stock on the shelves, better off ordering online unless you're local and fancy a rummage. I've found their sizing can be a little inconsistent but it's only a couple of £ to return something and reorder the right size (or order a few and send back the surplus ones).

   This store is basically stock from Jacamo, the catalogue that caters for large guys. Most clothing can be up to 8XL but it's a store within a store. There's a fair amount of stock but it is limited. I was able to get trousers but no dress shirts that I needed. Worth a visit though if the items available (definitely worth a call first maybe) Parking is easy enough as it's in the main shopping centre & staff are nice too Only 3 stars though due to lack of stock

   Delivery was apparently made when I was in a different city, and nobody was in my house. Drivers GPS shows in area, but not "Handed to customer" Customer service has gone in the bin, as I must be wrong because the driver has delivered it. They refuse to investigate with YODEL as well. I have instigated a dispute via my bank as £150.00 of my money is a big deal to me DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!
