As others have said, waiting times to be served are shocking. They regularly take over 8 days to process a prescription and today I was told they didn't have some of my medication in stock. I had been waiting ten days for this prescription and had gone in 2 days earlier to chase up. Still hadn't had a text today so went back in to be told they didn't have some of the medication in stock. Their excuse was that they are under staffed and that I would have to go to another pharmacy for prescription. This is so unprofessional - they clearly do not care about the patients under their care. I've now changed my pharmacy, hopefully they won't be any worse than Addlestone Tesco pharmacy.

I'm normally pretty patient with this pharmacy but today, after their appalling customer service, I've come home in floods of tears. I'm heavily pregnant and was desperate for my prescription. I turned up at 1:30 and they said it would be ready in half an hour. Turned up at 2, and the young girl asked me to confirm my name. Normally when they do this, this means the prescription is ready, right? A few minutes later they put up a sign saying the pharmacy was closed until 2:30, due to there being no pharmacist. I didn't think this applied to me, because they'd already asked me to confirm my name, so I thought my medicine was coming. They just left me sat there. There were 4 ladies in the pharmacy chatting, not really doing much. I needed to go and pick up my child, so I tried to gain their attention by poking my head over the open door. A very stern older lady who works there purposely put a chair in my way, so I couldn't gain their attention. Rude! So I went to the desk. The young girl said feebly "we're closed till 2:30". I said I couldn't wait any longer, and they all just looked awkward. Because I have to look after my autistic child, there's no way I could go later. Not one of them had thought to inform me while I was sitting down that they wouldn't be able to provide me with my prescription, despite already asking me to confirm my name. They just left me sat there like an idiot. I have to admit, I've seen this pharmacy go downhill particularly this past year, and think I need a change. They can't just keep messing around pregnant women, disabled people and the elderly like this.

During peak times there is a queue but other than that just a normal working pharmacy. Staff are friendly & helpful enough.

There is nobody managing this pharmacy... just two pharmacists who are clearly overwhelmed. They have been desperately understaffed for three months but have chosen not to recruit anybody to help out despite the growing backlog. My current prescription was submitted ten days ago. Unprofessional would be an understatement.

I know you donβt know how to manage a queue but your phone rings and rings and if it is answered it disconnects what kind of service or MHS care is this? Every little helps when you use technology properly!!!!!!

Very very very slow. No urgency among staff even when the queue is huge. One person serving and just didnβt seem to have any clue what she was doing. Third time to come here - gonna switch to Lloyds in future.

The old lady with blonde hair at the front desk of the pharmacy is extremely rude. This isnβt the first time Iβve spoken with her but she has a serious attitude problem. She never says hello, rolls her eyes and makes you feel like your wasting her time. Tesco, you talk about providing your customers with good service yet allow your rude customer facing employee to be the face of your pharmacy brand.
