At the weekend I had terrible stomach pain. I spoke to Poonam the pharmacist. I was very impressed with the advice given and the action she took. Thanks to Poonam, I was able to see a doctor straight away on Monday morning. Poonam made all the arrangements. I am very grateful for all her help. Well done Poonam!

I recieved a great service from Poonam at the pharmacy last week. She was so thorough with my daughter and was able to diagnose her infection and precribe antibiotics all in 1 visit. She was so helpful and really made us feel at ease and well looked after!

No Idea why this pharmacy is rated. We have lost every pharmacy in Shepperton so they have no competition and they are awful in many ways. Compared to other pharmacy's there prices are now discustenly high. Considering there is no other pharmacy in the area you would expect better / longer opening times. They have large work force yet they decide to close the shop completely during lunch time on days there open rather than running on reduced work force during the only times when many people can only get out in there lunch to pick up much needed medication. Have ordered meds many times from local GP and although approved by NHS and sent to the pharmacy for decpensery, this pharmacy choose to sit on this information and do not even bother to nofiy customers orders are ready.

Life is busy for me but when I get a great service, I try my best to find time to acknowledge people, products or efforts. I used Trio pharmacy in Shepperton yesterday and today to support my 15 year old and an ear infection. The Phamacist, Poonam, was thorough, friendly, efficient and light hearted, despite over hearing her on the phone while waiting for her help, someone giving her a very hard time on the phone! Trio provides such an amazing service. If I'd called the GP, I would have waited on the phone for ages, not be offered an appointment for days and my daughters ear would have developed into a full blown, agonising, infection. I am very grateful for the advice, support and advice from Poonam. Please support your local pharmacy's services before the government take it away! Thank you Poonam!

PLEASE READ!!! Very bad! Don’t go there! There is a very rude man, more like a child, called Mr Patel who not only made me feel like I was dirt on his shoe but also falsely accused me of shoplifting. I’m 23 years old and he must be over his 60s and he felt pleasure in bullying me. I rang the police and the officer on the phone said he was very unprofessional as she was on loud speaker and heard everything. I just wanted a contact number to make a complaint but he persisted to not give me this and go online and find it which I did but what a surprise, it didn’t work! The police has made note of this pharmacy for future reference because she disagrees with how she heard him speak to me as a customer. All I wanted was to get my antibiotics but he wouldn’t even allow me to do that as he attacked me. He said he didn’t care about me or my feelings and kicked me out. I find this so called pharmacy very strange as all the company cares about is looking posh as they blare out classical music so no one can hear each other speak, when in fact they are all very unprofessional and all over the place really. Also I find it strange that they put false information on the website. I just hope for there sake they have some lessons in customer service as I am making a complaint to the relevant team. It’s just a shame to know there are people out there like this. Grow up Mr Patel.I

Trio is by far our favourite pharmacy in the Shepperton / Chertsey area! The staff are all really knowledgable, efficient and friendly. The biggest plus for me is that waiting times are always short and sweet when picking up prescriptions, because the pharmacists are on the ball. We've always had great advice when needed for non prescription issues too and have been happy Trio customers for the last 3 years :)

I made the mistake today of choosing Trio Pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription despite the factI I did already experience two previous ocassiones of extream unacceptable bad customer service by staff members in the past. On the pricipal that we all have a " bad day at the office from time to time " and also that we all make mistakes from time to time, I thought of stating 2023 with positive thoughts and give Trio another try. BIG, BIG,HUGE mistake, HUGE. I was unfortunate enough to meet Mr. Akash Gaurang Patel and who I assume to be his father at the pharmacy premises. I asked politely to briefly speack to pharmacist as, I had already exprecienced mistakes on their part in the past. Mr Patel junior did not seem to have the time not the inclanation or the basic professionalism to listen to me for a ouple of minutes so I could explain my concerns with my repeat prescription. Consequently HE made the mistake of taking one instead of the two sheets of paper from the Shepperton surgery I was presenting him with my medication. He imformed me that it would take a good ten minutes and to take a seat round the corner. Some time later on, a lady call my name and gave me a paper bag with some pills inside. As I have had issues in the past with members of staff, I, there and then opened the paper bag and check the contents before leaving the pharmacy. YES, you guessed it there were few items missing. I call the attention of Mr Patel again to explain the oversight to him but before I could explain my thoughts, he charged on me in a very aggresive manner rising his voice telling me that " that is all you had on your Doctor's prescriiption " without realising that, due to the fact HE took only one instead of both pieces of paper. When I poinrted out HIS mistake he became exttemely, unecesarely outrageous informing me that he was a very knowledable, professional and that I did not realized how very busy he was. Then he proceded to ask me what was my line of work sugesting that my profession was not important at all, but his and his knowledge of Medicine was very very important. At this point, whom I assumed it was his father ( Maybe a security Individual ) I am not sure, started rising his voice and joining forces with Mr Patel, again, lecturing me about how inteligent and knowledgable in Medecine they both where and that I should keep my mouth shut as I was talking rubish and, if I did not like it, to find another Pharmacy and leave immediately. I could not beleive, not could I understand that sort of behaviour from this pair of rude, ignorant, uneducated morons. Not even able to show very basic good manners and respect to vulnarable old pensioners. When they both realized that I was simply wright and they were miserably wrong they asked to come back next morning to collect the rest of my pills. Tottaly, utterly unacceptable behaviour from two " Iteligent and highly educated individuals " Shocking !!!!!!! I shall be sending a full complaint/report to the NHS as I categorically beleive this behaviour should NOT be tolerated in any professional enviroment . Citizens of the world.......THINK TWICE BEFORE USING TRIO PHARMACY FOR YOUR NEEDS.......And if you do, well, look luck to you. JI Caamano 10/01/2023

Local pharmacies in my area were out of stock of the medication I desperately needed for my children, so I came here in the hopes of then having it. The good news was they had it, but there was an issue with my prescription being released, so I had to come back a couple of hours later after asking my GP to send it directly to them. I found the pharmacist quite rude and unhelpful. A lot of the staff just stare at you, and the security guy walks around you in circles watching you like a bloody hawk! Talking to other staff members and looking right at you. Oh, and he went right yo to my sons ear and asked him, " Are you buying that?" Baring in mind my son is 5 years old and yes he was touching something on the shelf as kids do, he was told by me, his MOTHER to stop, and he listened. Under no circumstances should a someone approach a child from behind and say that in his ear. It freaked him out and made me quite upset, but out of respect, I decided not to make a scene. Overall, it's not a customer friendly environment. Staff clearly need more training. I understand it's busy and face paced, but the atmosphere in there is so awkward whether you're a customer or a member of staff! I'm grateful I managed to receive my medication in the end, but I doubt I will use this pharmacy again, even if I was desperate.

I went into trio Chemist a couple of weeks ago that Chemist gave me the wrong tablets today before so I returned on the following day to tell them they’ve given me the wrong tablets. The owner of the chemist said you have come into my chemist, very unhygienic he said you look like you haven’t washed your clothes in 25 years. At that point, I pulled out my mobile phone and made the recording He then continued to say you look like you haven’t washed your clothes in 25 years. This is stressing me out a hell of a lot and put me in a very bad way. It’s made me feel suicidal
