All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. “Really friendly and welcoming staff. Well organised and well thought out safety procedures. A beautiful lake to swim in. You do have to book ahead and fill out health form, on first visit they get you to swim to a buoy and back just to check that you are confident in the water and then you can swim one of two loops around the lake, a shorter or a longer. There is a coffee van and somewhere to rent tow floats and wetsuits.”

Reassured me and made sure to check absolutely everything, really professional and approachable at the same time.
