Pedro is a great vet, and Iām always happy with how he is with our cat and how he explains everything. The reception team are also friendly and helpful.

I have visited on 2 occasions recently with our dog and been seen by Pedro. He is great with her. He listens, and takes time to explain what is likely going on. Discusses treatments or options and probable outcomes. We love his approach to our dog's care.

Had to visit vets while house sitting. Julia was really efficient in arranging for doggos records being sent over from our local vet. Was seen same afternoon by the lovely vet and treatment started straight away. Very impressed.

Fantastic 1st visit to Beech House Vets with new Puppy, Mark nurse was friendly and helpful then we saw vet Pedro excellent. Puppy was checked over from top to bottom he asked questions and then we asked questions all answered, then gave Puppy 1st injection not even a whimper from Puppy which made us very happy even gave us a Puppy care plan which was great. the visit made us so relaxed and comfortable and Pedro made Puppy so relaxed as he was shaking when we took him in. so totally recommend this vet to everyone.

Staff are always pleasant efficient and knowledgeable. Premises are Clianing and well maintained. Parking is usually available just outside.

A great vets, I have used the Hersham and Shepperton branches. Top notch care for my cats. Very reasonable charges as well.Even my latest cat an angry boy when interfered with, doesn't mind too much.

Even under COVID restrictions you get a warm welcome at Beech House and your pet is welcomed too. A thorough examination and update is done before any medication is administered. It always feels like a very personal service to me.
